How does Catering work? – During our initial conversation we will set up a free consultation where I can either come to your house or communicate with you via email or over the phone. I will get an idea of the style you want and expectations you have for your event.
I will customize 3-4 separate menus and send them to you for your review, selection and approval of your favorite. We confirm the date. A deposit is arranged and payment in full is due the day before or the morning of your event. We accept cheque, cash and most major credit cards via PayPal.
We arrive 1-4 hours prior to the event, depending on your menu, with the food, our china, flatware, glassware, pots and pans to create your theme.
You relax and enjoy your time with your family and friends while we take care of everything.
