After a busy day, and a busy week - there was nothing better than being met by our own personal chef when our work was done. Our 4 course meal was amazing, and soon after we were finished, Mike was all cleaned up as well! Mike did an excellent job and we definitely recommend having a 'night out, but stay in' with Bow Valley Gourmet! You will be glad you did! We were looking forward to a new and exciting culinary experience, and we got it in our very own home! Mike immediately relieved all our worries with an initial consultation. Mike was very understanding of how we pictured our wedding reception to be and worked with us in planning all the logistics. He was able to accommodate our budget with multiple options of menus and service. Mike went out of his way to meet with the owners of the venue beforehand and ensure the set-up would be perfect. During the event Mike provided catering service that was unobtrusive yet essential for the success of our wedding reception. The timing and atmosphere was brilliant, but most importantly the food was phenomenal. We couldn’t have made a better choice of caterers.
